Kelsey Moore, PMHNP-BC, joined Logan Health Newman Center - Pediatrics in July 2023. Before becoming a nurse practitioner, Kelsey worked in college counseling and also as a fifth grade teacher. She had always hoped that her career as a nurse practitioner would bring her back to supporting children and adolescents. Kelsey graduated from New York University with a degree in Psychology and earned a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. After five years working as a Family Nurse Practitioner in adult primary care in Seattle, she completed a certificate program in psychiatric-mental health to receive a dual certification as an FNP/PMHNP. Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, hiking local trails and paddle boarding. She also loves yoga, gardening, reading and volunteering in her community and abroad.
