Kasey Kasavana, MD, joined the Logan Health Medical Center Hospitalist Program in September 2016, bringing her specialty training in internal medicine and pediatrics to the expanding programs at Logan Health. She is originally from Conrad, Montana, and is very happy to be back in her home state. She received her medical degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, and followed that with an internal medicine and pediatrics combined residency at Michigan State University in Grand Rapids. Dr. Kasavana was named chief resident in her final year with the medical-pediatrics program. She has volunteered around the world, including clinics in Tegucigalpa, Honduras; Nkhoma Hospital in Malawi; and Punta Gorda, Belize. Away from her duties in the hospital, Dr. Kasavana enjoys hiking, camping and being active outdoors.
