Julia Tikka joined Logan Health in Dec 2018. In her new role as nurse practitioner, Tikka brings her seven years of nursing experience in both the Emergency Department and the intensive care unit to providing immediate treatment to the wide variety of walk-in patients who visit the clinic in need of urgent medical attention, but who are not necessarily experiencing life-threatening illnesses or injuries.
Tikka attended Montana State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing, and went on to earn her master's degree in nursing from the University of Cincinnati. When she is not on duty at Primary Care - 160 Heritage Way, Tikka enjoys hiking, biking, and generally, anything that involves being outdoors.
