Erica Case, NP, joined Logan Health in October 2018 as a nurse practitioner at Bass Breast Center. Erica earned a bachelor's degree from both Clarkson University and the University of Rochester in chemistry and nursing, respectively. She then went on to earn her master's in nursing from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has spent her career thus far in the management and treatment of surgical oncology and breast surgery patients. She has worked in academic hospitals including the Medical University of South Carolina, Geisinger Medical Center, and most recently The University of Colorado Medical Campus. Erica believes in a team approach to clinical care with the patient as the hub of decision-making along with a compassionate and skilled care team providing education and information. In this manner, patients drive their own treatment and recovery plans with the skilled help of medical providers at their side. Her special interests include surgical oncology, preventative medicine and patient education. When Erica is not treating patients, she can be found exploring and playing outside or spending time with her husband and two daughters.
