Allie Maffit, MD, MS is a born and raised Montanan who returned to the Treasure State in 2018 to help build a legacy at Logan Health Children’s Pediatric Hematology and Oncology Clinic caring for Montana’s children with cancer and blood disorders. She brings her clinical expertise with dual board certification in pediatrics and pediatric hematology/oncology to her practice.
Her background includes being a member of the Children’s Oncology Group (COG), helping to advance understanding of childhood cancer through national and international clinical research. Her experience in health care management has enabled her to serve as a children’s health care advocate encouraging policy changes for children both locally and nationally.
Dr. Maffit’s breadth and depth in specialty knowledge keeps her dedicated to science, while remaining patient focused. Her warm and friendly character make her approachable and embodies the spirit Montanans are known for. Guided by strong values and clinical expertise, Dr. Maffit’s goal is to provide safe, comprehensive care while keeping Montana kids in Montana, so they can receive care close to home.
When away from clinic, Dr. Maffit finds herself with family and friends in the outdoors with hiking, camping, kayaking, and backpacking through our beautiful back country.
