Phlebotomist Program

Take this 140-hour PAID course in Phlebotomy designed to teach the aspects of basic phlebotomy, including the collection of blood specimens and venipuncture. This program includes hands-on instruction, including the concepts of phlebotomy and infection control, legal issues in healthcare, introduction to human anatomy and physiology, phlebotomy equipment and supplies, and phlebotomy procedures. Successful Phlebotomy students will be prepared to take the American Society of Clinical Pathology (ASCP) Phlebotomy Technician PBT exam, or the American Allied Health Exam, depending on your eligibility.

   
Classes 2023 with one week of General Orientation Prior to each start date:
  • TENTATIVE: October 30 - November 3, Clinical November 6-22
    • Classes are held in the Montana Children’s 3rd Floor
