Food Rx Program

You can help support food security and health care for Montanans in need.

The Food Rx Program identifies patients in need of better nutrition and health education, establishes an individualized and ongoing care plan, and connects them to food resources. There are many people in our community who have to choose between healthy foods and other basic needs such as heat, electricity, medications, or even housing.
