Blended Learning Classes - Online & In-Person Skills Test
Due to staffing constraints we are only scheduling the
1st and 3rd Thursday of the month.
HeartSaver Adult/Child/Infant CPR with AED-Blended Online Learning with Skills Test
This class teaches the skills needed to perform CPR on people of all ages (Birth to Adult) and includes automated external defibrillator (AED) training, use of barrier devices, and relief of choking. This is a blended learning class with the first portion completed online and the second portion completed onsite with American Heart Association certified instructor/s conducting the skills test. A Certification card will be issued for two years.
**When registering for Adult CPR, please note that Child CPR IS required with that certification. Only Infant CPR is optional. If completing Adult CPR, please be sure to complete the Child section as well or you may be turned away during skills testing and forced to reschedule.

Step Two: Call the Logan Health Medical Fitness Center at 751-4100, Option 2 to schedule and pay for the onsite skills test. The cost is $40.00 and is due at the time you schedule. Skills test can be scheduled on Thursdays from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4 p.m.

CPR for Healthcare Providers-Basic Life Support (BLS) - Blended Online Learning with Skills Test
This class is for those requiring certification in adult, child, and infant resuscitation, operation of an AED, and ventilation with Bag Valve Mask Resuscitator. This class uses an online platform with simulation modules. The online portion is self-directed and once completed an in-person; hands on skills test will be conducted by an American Heart Association certified instructor in order to complete the certification course. A Certification card will be issued for two years.

HeartSaver First Aid - Blended Online Learning with Skills Test
This class teaches how to assess patients and treat life-threatening as well as minor injuries/illnesses until help arrives. This is a blended learning class with the first portion completed online and the second portion completed onsite with American Heart Association certified instructor/s conducting the skills test. This class meets the American Heart Association and Montana Emergency Medical Services standards. A Certification card will be issued for two years.
