Baseball Training Academy
Be able to take over the diamond next spring by throwing harder and moving faster. Training will focus on rotational power, shoulder strength and health, speed, acceleration, and improve movement efficiency.
Basketball Training Academy
Develop the physical capacity to take your game to the next level. Training will focus on developing your strength and explosiveness, first step speed, jumping and landing mechanics, and lateral quickness.
Hockey Training Academy
Be ready for the ice this winter. Skate faster, shoot harder. Training will focus on developing leg strength and power development, rotational power, and speed/acceleration.
Ski Training Academy
Skiers, Ski Racers, and Snowboarders! Be ready for the snow this winter. Build your strength and endurance to train harder, go faster, and send more runs this season. Training will focus on lower body strength and power, balance, endurance, and minimizing injury risk.
Swim Training Academy
Dry land training is a huge piece to becoming a top swimmer. Develop the strength and power to move faster in the water. Training will include shoulder health and strength, improving pulling power, core strength, and minimizing imbalances.
Wrestling Training Academy
Become physically conditioned for the grind of wrestling season early. This class will train strength, explosiveness, conditioning and help with injury prevention.
