Small Group Training: Consists of a training group of 3 - 6 people in a class type format on our Turf area
All training approaches will typically entail a blend of muscular and cardiovascular development through body weight coordination movements, resistance (strength) training, high intensity interval training, with modified approaches suited for most fitness levels.
Basic Small Group Training Options Include:
Option 1: 1 session per week for 8 weeks
Option 2: 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks
Basic Small Group Training Rates:
- Logan Fitness Center Members: $160 per person
- Non Members: $200 per person
