Women’s Strength Training is a new CE Turf Services class designed to create a female-inclusive space where women will learn proper weightlifting techniques and form. Classes will be led by a certified female coach 2 days per week, with guidance for a day 3 self-administered workout. This beginner to Intermediate level program is specifically designed to increase strength, endurance, lean muscle mass, and neuromuscular performance.
