Foundations of Fitness
FREE 4 week course consisting of 2 classes per week, formatted in a small group training setting.
- The course is designed to teach and develop proper movement, form, and technique, while developing self-efficacy associated with resistance training and metabolic conditioning.
- Participants will work through a progression of 8 – 60 minute classes led by a Certified Trainer on the Turf area.
- Upon completion individuals will receive a follow up consultation regarding personal goals and the appropriate next steps aimed at staying on track.
- Members are allowed to enroll in one course per year.
