Foundations of Fitness

FREE 4 week course consisting of 2 classes per week, formatted in a small group training setting.
  • The course is designed to teach and develop proper movement, form, and technique, while developing self-efficacy associated with resistance training and metabolic conditioning. 
  • Participants will work through a progression of 8 – 60 minute classes led by a Certified Trainer on the Turf area.  
  • Upon completion individuals will receive a follow up consultation regarding personal goals and the appropriate next steps aimed at staying on track.
  • Members are allowed to enroll in one course per year.
  • Register at the Front Desk or Fitness Desk.
