Foundations of Fitness
FREE 4 week course consisting of 2 classes per week, formatted in a small group training setting.Foundations of Fitness is designed to teach and develop proper movement, form, and technique, while developing self-efficacy associated with resistance training, and metabolic conditioning. Participants will work through a progression of 8 – 60 minute classes focusing on preparing participants for next step services. Upon completion, coaches will work with individuals in discussing the proper next steps that align with their personal goals and staying on track with their progress. Members are allowed to enroll in this course once per year.
