Total Conditioning Program Description:
The Total Conditioning Program is a Medium to High intensity class incorporating interval training aimed at producing muscular and cardiovascular endurance. . Classes use various training modalities with high energy output aimed at giving participants an optimum Total Body Workout. The classes are located on the Turf and use a large array of equipment ( Dumbbells, Kettle bells, plyo boxes, agility ladders & hurdles, resistance bands etc.)  Classes are kept to no more than 16 participants with an average of  6 - 12 enrolled participants in sessions generally.
