Wellness Ongoing Activities

Monthly Journey Together Education Series
  • Join us the last Tuesday of each month from Noon to 1 p.m. for a wellness educational presentation on a variety of topics. 
Quarterly Cholesterol Screenings
  • First Thursday of the quarter from 7 - 9 a.m. - January, April, July and October

Group Fitness Guidelines

Group Fitness Guidelines
  • Check schedule for specific classes and times.
  • Classes are limited
    • Alpine Studio (A): 18 participants
    • Big Sky Studio (B): 14 participants
    • Canyon Studio (C): 12 participants
    • Water Classes (Pool): 20 participants
  • Reserve your spot online up to 7 days in advance or drop in if space is available. Reservations can also be made using the My Summit app.
