Learn about: the importance and benefits of breastfeeding\, latch and positioning\, milk supply\, lifestyle\, alternative feeding methods and pumping\, how the hospital promotes a successful breastfeeding experience\, and discover available resources. \nThis is a casual setting\, wear comfortable clothing. Light snacks are provided and fresh water to fill your water bottles. Learning materials are included. \nPlease note: the 4 week childbirth classes includes a condensed version of this course. The Childbirth in a Nutshell class does not discuss breastfeeding.
