DESCRIPTION:Saturday\, December 12\, 2026 • 10:00 am — 4:00 pm\nProfessional Office Building\nThis intensive one-day workshop\, hosted by Logan Health – Whitefish\, is a condensed version of the 4-week Childbirth class series and includes: labor preparation\, comfort techniques\, available pain relief options\, water births\, C-section deliveries\, inductions\, postpartum care\, and newborn care. A guided tour of the Birth Center will be offered based on room availability. Taking the prenatal breastfeeding class in addition to this class is recommended for a complete prenatal education curriculum. \nThe class is intended for both expecting mothers and their partner/support person and is a good option as a refresher class. This is a casual setting\, wear comfortable clothing. Light snacks provided and fresh water to fill your water bottles. Learning materials included. \nRegistration is required.
