DESCRIPTION:Monday\, April 13\, 2026 • 6:00 pm — 8:00 pm\nThe Professional Office Building\, Whitefish\nThis prenatal breastfeeding class\, hosted in Whitefish by a Lactation RN\, is intended for both expectant mothers and their partner/support person. It is perfect for either first time moms-to-be\, or as a refresher course. Learn about: the importance and benefits of breastfeeding\, latch and positioning\, milk supply\, lifestyle\, alternative feeding methods and pumping\, how the hospital promotes a successful breastfeeding experience\, and discover available resources. \nThis is a casual setting\, wear comfortable clothing. Light snacks are provided and fresh water to fill your water bottles. Learning materials are included. \nPlease note: the 4 week childbirth classes includes a condensed version of this course. The Childbirth in a Nutshell class does not discuss breastfeeding. It is recommended that patients and partners attend this class in addition to childbirth classes if the full prenatal education curriculum is desired. \nRegistration is required.
