It provides a space for new parents to meet and for babies to have a play date. There is feeding assistance\, weight checks and nutritional guidance available from the lactation nurses who facilitate. \n* 12-1 is an optional mom-baby fitness class that focuses on pelvic floor strengthening. \nThis group is intended for newborns through their first year of life. No registration is required.
